- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
- Processing days: Monday to Saturday
- No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays
- Every product undergoes a quality check before packaging
- Secure, multi-layer packaging is applied to prevent transit damage

5. Payment & Partial COD Policy
Janak® offers a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) option for eligible orders:
- 30% of the order value is paid online at the time of placing the order
- Remaining 70% is paid in cash at the time of delivery
- No additional COD handling charges apply
- Partial COD availability may vary by location and order value
This model ensures order authenticity while keeping the purchase process flexible for our customers.

7. Packaging Standards
All Janak® products — Kansa, Brass (Pital), and Copper utensils — are packed using:
- Multi-layer protective wrapping
- Shock-resistant cushioning materials
- Tamper-proof, secure sealing
Our packaging is designed to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, every time.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share a clear unboxing video + photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review and resolve your claim within 2 business days of receiving valid proof.
Claims without an unboxing video and images will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Refund & Replacement Policy
For all approved claims:

- For Partial COD orders, the advance amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days upon approved cancellation

Janak® is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
