🇮🇳 India – Based Roles

1. Master Artisan / Kansyakar (Craftsman) Location: Rajasthan / Uttar Pradesh / Remote Workshops

  • Skilled in traditional Kansa, Brass, or Copper metalwork
  • Experience with hand-hammering, Kalai tin coating, or metal finishing preferred
  • Full-time | Competitive compensation + benefits

2. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive Location: Remote / Hybrid

  • Manage Shopify store, Google Shopping, and social media channels
  • Experience with SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads preferred
  • Full-time | Growth-oriented role

3. B2B Sales & Wholesale Manager Location: Pan India / Remote

  • Build and manage wholesale and institutional buyer relationships
  • Experience in FMCG, kitchenware, or lifestyle product sales preferred
  • Full-time | Commission + fixed structure

4. Customer Experience Associate Location: Remote

  • Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Fluency in Hindi and English required; additional languages a plus
  • Full-time / Part-time options available

5. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Rajasthan / Remote

  • Coordinate with courier partners, 3PL providers, and warehouse teams
  • Experience with Shopify, Delhivery, or similar platforms preferred
  • Full-time

🌍 International – Global Roles

6. International Market Development Manager Location: UAE / UK / USA / Remote

  • Identify and develop retail, wholesale, and distribution partnerships internationally
  • Experience in export trade, lifestyle brands, or Indian diaspora markets preferred
  • Full-time | Equity participation possible for senior candidates

7. Brand Ambassador – Indian Heritage & Wellness Location: UAE / UK / USA / Canada / Australia

  • Represent Janak® at trade shows, cultural events, and wellness expos
  • Passion for Indian culture, Ayurveda, and sustainable living preferred
  • Part-time / Freelance / Commission-based

8. Content Creator & Storyteller (International) Location: Remote – Global

  • Create compelling content around Indian heritage, cookware, and wellness
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, German) a strong plus
  • Freelance / Part-time | Portfolio-based selection

9. Export & Customs Compliance Specialist Location: Remote / India

  • Manage international shipping documentation, customs compliance, and export regulations
  • Experience with IEC, GST exports, and international trade law preferred
  • Full-time / Consulting
