At Janak®, every product is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- ❌ Damaged product received
- ❌ Defective or broken item
- ❌ Wrong product delivered
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
2. How to Raise a Return Request
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at laxmglobal@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Photographs of the product & packaging
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
⚠️ Claims without unboxing video & images will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
For all approved claims:

| Refund Credit | 5–7 business days to original payment method |
| Partial COD Refund | Via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days |
| Replacement Dispatch | After verification, subject to stock availability |
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
4. International Returns
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
- Customs & re-import duties are the customer’s responsibility
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days after product is received & inspected
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
No return or refund will be processed if:
- ❌ Claim is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- ❌ No unboxing video or images provided
- ❌ Product shows signs of misuse or improper handling
- ❌ Item is not in original condition
6. Cancellation
- Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once dispatched — no cancellation possible
- Partial COD advance refunded within 5–7 business days for approved cancellations
